Lalit Chaudhary holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce, a law graduate and Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He possesses vast experience of advising clients relating to Company Law, Taxation and Labour Law matters.

His career track record spans over 14 years with a mix of industry and consulting experience. He brings extensive experience from his previous roles with Industry in Navitas Group (Australian Company) where he worked with Indian and global Clientele in Education Sector and Health Sector advising them for Company Law, Corporate Tax, Internal Audit, Labour Laws compliances and cross border transactions. Post Industry, he has started his own consultancy firm and started rendering services in the field of Corporate Law, Taxation, GST, Labour Laws, Securities Laws & FEMA, and Business Setup for foreign clients, Compliance Management and Regulatory Approvals for the companies including PSUs, MNCs, Listed and unlisted Public & Private Companies.

CA Gaurav Garg is a chartered accountant of May 2004 batch and a commerce graduate from Delhi University.

He has worked with Big 4 accounting firm in past and now he is part of consulting firm based out of Delhi. For last 15 years, Gaurav has invested most of his time in resolving various transfer pricing and international tax issues of MNEs. Gaurav is a regular speaker on his subject at various forums and is also a faculty for the Diploma Course on International Taxation conducted by the Committee on International Taxation of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Gaurav is also a prosocial professional, he is attached with various non profit organisations, cofounder of Foundation of Tax & Accounting Professionals and also an elected member of Northern India Regional Council for the term 2019-2022.

CS Sandeep Yadav, an Associate Member of ICSI and a postgraduate in Commerce from IGNOU, is a seasoned expert in Corporate Compliance & Risk Management with over a decade of experience.

His expertise includes Secretarial Audit, Internal Audit for Corporate Compliance, and Advisory on critical matters of Company Law & Labour Law. He specializes in FDI compliance (FCGPR, FCTRS, Foreign Liabilities & Assets returns) and handles compounding applications with RBI, RD, ROC, and other regulatory authorities.

With a strong focus on corporate governance and risk mitigation, he is committed to delivering efficient, time-bound solutions while fostering trust-based relationships with stakeholders. His ability to simplify complex legal requirements makes him a trusted partner for businesses seeking compliance excellence.

Vikas is a Fellow member of ICAI and holds the commerce degree from Delhi University. He has analytical mind and business development approach makes him different from the crowd. He brings along with him dynamism and fresh ideas to the firm. He specializes in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Concurrent Audits, Tax Audits and representing matters before various authorities.

He has expertise in Financial Audits, Examination of Accounting, recording and reporting of financial transactions.

Priyanshi Samriya, a Qualified CS and Commerce graduate from MLSU University, is a corporate compliance professional. With expertise in Company Law, Secretarial Law, Labour Laws, and FDI Compliance, she has successfully managed corporate governance, regulatory filings, and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.  

Her experience encompasses company incorporation, ROC filings, secretarial audits, and statutory compliance across PAN India, including EPF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, and Contract Labour Laws. She is well-versed in FDI compliance, RBI filings, cross-border transaction approvals, FEMA regulations, POSH compliance, and FSSAI licensing.  

She is specialized in developing streamlined compliance systems that simplify intricate processes and ensure timely regulatory adherence. With a keen focus on efficiency, accuracy, and ethical business practices, she is dedicated to helping organizations achieve seamless legal and corporate compliance.

Harshit Mewara is a qualified Company Secretary and a meticulous professional with expertise in Corporate Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, and Labour Laws. He holds a B.Com degree from MDS University, Ajmer has gained practical experience in corporate compliance and governance. 
 
He actively engages in legal research, documentation, and regulatory filings, ensuring businesses adhere to compliance requirements. His proficiency in corporate governance matters and ability to stay updated with evolving legal frameworks make him a reliable professional in the field. 
 
Previously, he worked as a Finance Trainee at Hindustan Zinc Limited, where he gained insights into financial operations and reporting. He is also well-versed in SAP and Omni Software, enhancing his ability to manage and analyze business data effectively. Additionally, his knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) regulations further strengthens his expertise.

Aisha Gupta is a B.Com graduate from the University of Delhi with a strong understanding of various laws, including the Companies Act, GST Act, and FEMA Act. Currently pursuing the Company Secretary (CS) course, Aisha is dedicated to expanding her expertise in corporate governance and compliance. As an intern and Compliance Executive at Lalit Chaudhary & Company, she is gaining valuable hands-on experience in regulatory compliance and corporate governance practices. Aisha is known for her excellent communication skills, proactive approach to work, and strong leadership abilities. A responsible and committed individual, she consistently demonstrates a passion for learning and is determined to grow professionally, contributing effectively to the firm's success.

Manisha Jangra holds a B.Com (Hons) degree from Delhi University and is currently pursuing the Company Secretary course at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). During her tenure as an intern and Compliance Executive at Lalit Chaudhry & Company, she is gaining practical experience in areas such as company law, labor law, and income tax. Manisha is actively involved in regulatory filings, documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements. Her in-depth knowledge of company law, coupled with her ability to stay updated with the constantly evolving legal landscape, makes her a skilled professional.

Previously, she worked with Chandrasekaran Associates, where she gained valuable insights into the secretarial audit process for several listed companies. Manisha is known for her responsibility, commitment, and strong enthusiasm for continuous learning. She is determined to grow professionally and is eager to make meaningful contributions to the success of the organizations she works with.

Arpan Shukla is a qualified Company Secretary and an Advocate with over two years of post-qualification experience. His practice is primarily focused on corporate and commercial matters, with experience in corporate law, FEMA, data protection, intellectual property, and allied regulatory frameworks.​
Arpan works closely with companies on corporate structuring, governance, statutory and secretarial compliances, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, and implementation of internal policies and controls. He has also supported corporate litigation and dispute-related matters before courts and tribunals. His role includes managing end-to-end compliance processes, regulatory filings, and assisting clients in navigating complex legal and procedural requirements, including foreign exchange and cross-border compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, Arpan was associated with LexOrbis, where he worked on corporate and IP-focused mandates. He brings a commercially driven, detail-oriented approach to corporate legal practice.

Tannu Jha is a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Delhi University and is currently pursuing her LLB. With over 3 years of hands-on experience in Accounting and GST matters, she plays a key role in managing a diverse range of responsibilities at our firm. Tannu’s expertise includes handling GST compliance, Income Tax matters, and accounting functions, as well as managing GST notices and assessments.
 
She is actively involved in various areas, including assisting with GST appeal matters, providing GST advisory and opinions, and supporting clients with internal and statutory audits. Her work also extends to overseeing GST refunds for export services, conducting due diligence for export payments, and preparing and managing fixed asset registers and insurance for client assets.
 
Known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and dedication to continuous professional growth, Tannu is a valuable asset to the team, ensuring accurate financial management and compliance for all her clients.

Pushpa is a Devoted and Systematic individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Delhi University. With over a year of hands-on experience in accounting and GST matters. Pushpa has developed a strong proficiency in handling GST compliance and accounting functions.
She expertise extends to efficiently managing GST notices and appeal matters, Income Tax matters, and accounting. Pushpa is meticulous approach to her work, combined with her in-depth knowledge of accounting practices and GST regulations, allows her to contribute effectively in dynamic work environments. She is committed to continuous learning and growth in the field of accounting and taxation.

Sajjal is a dedicated accounting professional with practical expertise in GST compliance, Tally operations, taxation, bookkeeping, and related financial services. He assists businesses and individuals in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing tax returns, and ensuring full statutory compliance.​
He is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Delhi. He has successfully completed the Certified Industrial Accountant (CIA) course, which has strengthened his knowledge in accounting, auditing, and financial management.

Jatin is a sincere and detail-oriented accounting professional currently working with our firm, handling Tally and various accounting-related responsibilities. He efficiently manages bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, financial record preparation, and accurate data entry while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Alongside gaining practical experience, Jatin is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and the Certified Industrial Accountant (CIA) course, reflecting his strong commitment to enhancing his expertise in accounting and finance. He demonstrates solid analytical skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward learning, making him a valuable team member and a promising professional in the accounting field.
